The recognition, assessment, and immediate on-site management of sports injuries are crucial to facilitate rehabilitation and to minimise further risk of harm to the athlete. This course is designed for coaches, instructors, teachers, supervisors, sports assistants, and volunteers, teaches the medical assessment and management of a wide variety of sports injuries.
Importantly, participants will also know how to recognise when professional medical referral is warranted. Upon successful completion of the course participants are presented with a Sports First Aid Certificate and a CFR PHECC CERT valid for 2 years.
